outter limits is good but their customer service lacks as far as i'm concerned.
They do have very high prices but the work (for the most part is awesome) if you're getting a portrait or somthing. if you're just going for a small tattoo I'd go to Immortal Ink in Garden Grove, off brookhurst just north of Garden grove blvd next to sugars. That's where i got like 80% of my stuff done b y the owner Eric. Also Atomic Age tattoo in Fountain Valley off harbor and heil is good Grant does my work their and both places are lot less expenisive. You can check out atomicagetattoo.com
